Victor is an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer and has acted on a wide variety of litigation matters including commercial disputes, engineering, insolvency, property, insurance, strata and debt recovery.
Victor provides advice and representation in commercial disputes and has appeared in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia, the District and Local Courts as well as various tribunals and at arbitration.
Prior to joining Sarvaas Ciappara, Victor worked at a multinational professional services firm advising on tax law matters and a boutique law firm gaining commercial law and transactional experience.
Victor holds a Bachelors of Economics and Bachelors of Laws from the Australian National University.
